Refund Policy
Sigmon Cloud does not offer a free trial. Instead, every new Cloud Pro subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How it works
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and ask for a refund.
- We refund the full amount of that first payment (monthly or annual) to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
- On refund, your instance is cancelled and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need first.
After the first 14 days
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments, and payments for periods already used, are not refunded, except where required by law. Where consumer-protection law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is not affected by this policy.
